Gloria W. Minick, Founder and Managing Partner
With 20 years experience as an HR professional in major corporations, including The Coca-Coca Company, The Home Depot, Pratt and Whitney Power Systems, and AGCO, Gloria has worked with executive search firms from your side of the table. She brings this unique perspective and a personal commitment to providing an extremely high level of service to Halyard’s clients.



Mike Hanmer, Managing Partner
Mike brings 14 years of sales and recruiting experience. After serving in the Air Force During the Gulf War, Mike developed his sales experience in the Hospitality Industry. Utilizing sales and his military background, he pursued an opportunity as a Military recruiter before coming to Halyard Recruiting. Mike's main focus is to assist candidates in developing and pursuing new careers and focuses on building strong client relationships.


Kimberly Sowinksi, Director of Human Resources
Kimberly Sowinski works with Halyard Recruiting as a Human Resources Director.  With 18 years professional experience in HR, strategic marketing, and legal functions for The Coca-Cola Company as her foundation, she has the global experience in communicating with culturally diverse individuals across all levels of experience and industries.  As a strong communicator with talent for managing the human capital full life cycle, she is effective in devising and refining strategies for business development deliverables focusing on organizational development and excellent customer service management through employee engagement. 

Melanie Erwin, Director of Recruiting Emerging Markets
Melanie brings 12 years of information technology consulting services for mid to large enterprises within the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing verticals.  During her tenure at PeopleSoft, as a Client Executive, Melanie was responsible for developing and selling PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades to "C" level executives, steering committees, and project managers.  As practice manager, she was responsible for the ongoing placement of over 20+ revenue generating consultants and as a consulting manager, she directed the sales cycle for all technical services for the assigned customer base.  Prior to PeopleSoft, Melanie was a technical consultant for various software providers managing the implementation, integration, and tuning of the software suite.  Melanie’s technical, managerial, and sales experience in the technology arena provides her with an excellent foundation for building strong client and candidate relationships. 

Kelley Costantino, Director of Specialty Recruiting
Kelley Costantino is a graduate of the University of Memphis (BS Mechanical Engineering) and Kennesaw University (MBA).  She spent over 11 years in the manufacturing industry with primary roles in team leadership, quality and process improvement management.  As part of the Executive Steering Team for a “greenfield” start-up manufacturing facility, Kelley managed all areas of personnel selection and training, quality inspection, quality improvement systems, auditing, document control systems, new product development, and supplier assessment and selection.  Since her work in manufacturing, Kelley founded and grew a custom stationery and digitizing business.  Kelley’s experience across diverse roles throughout her engineering and customer-oriented career provides her with a strong ability to understand client needs and facilitate excellent candidate placement.

Carly Alaimo, Recruiting Manager
Carly graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a minor in Film and Video. She is the Recruiting Manager at Halyard Recruiting, and handles office management, research, applicant tracking, and candidate support.

 

 

Marjorie Floyd, Recruiting Intern
Marjorie Floyd is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia, majoring in Mass Media Arts with a Spanish minor. She has been the Recruiting Intern for Halyard since December. She manages the client database, takes notes during interviews, answers phones, and interacts with candidates and clients.
